One double room comes with ensuite bathroom comprising shower, double basins, heated towel rail and toilet.
There is also a bed-chair in this room.
The other two bedrooms are both twin rooms. Bathroom with double basins, heated towel rail and separate toilet. Central heating.

Grounds
The grounds extend to half an acre.
They include a floodlit Swimmimg Pool and Boules Court.

All windows have external wooden shutters (except for the sliding doors to the barbecue that have electrically operated steel shutters).
The front drive is protected by electrically operated gates with telephone access to the house for visitors.
