How far is the villa from the coast?
The villa is about half an hour from the coast.
The nearest seaside towns are Frejus, St Raphaël and Theole-sur-Mer.
Is there a hair-dryer at the villa?
No, if this is required you are advised to bring your own with an adaptor for the French electric sockets.
Is it difficult to find the villa?
No, the routes from Nice airport are all main ones.
Before your holiday we will send you a list of directions to the villa. Sign-posting in the area is very good should you lose your way.
Can we walk into the village from the villa?
Yes, it's a 5 minute walk into Seillans.
There are a couple of boulangeries where you can purchase freshly baked baguettes and croissants.
Are there any restaurants in Seillans?
Yes, there is a restaurant on the main village street.
There is also a pizzeria in a back road. These are both closed out of season but there are plenty of good restaurants open all year round in the neighbouring village of Fayence.
How can we book activities such as horse riding or hiring bikes?
The villa has a comprehensive information book that details all such activities. If you would like to be certain then it is best to consult us before your holiday and we can ensure that the information is available and can even arrange for pre-booking of activities.
Who do we contact if anything goes wrong at the villa?
We have an English caretaker, who lives in a neighbouring village. Her contact numbers are in the information sent out prior to your holiday and in the book at the villa.
Is there air conditioning at the villa?
No, but there is a large fan for each of the bedrooms.
