Booking your holiday at the Villa des Rêves

Booking is simple and straightforward as you will
be dealing with the owners direct.

Following receipt of the booking form and deposit,
the Owner will send a confirmation invoice and statement.
This is the formal acceptance of the booking.

Prices include all electricity and gas.

Linen, towels, tea towels and bath mats are available if required at a cost of £12 per person. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

A local English-speaking caretaker will be available for any problems/queries that might arise.

10% of the total payment is payable on booking which is non-refundable. The remaining payment is due 2 months prior to the first day of the holiday.

A security deposit of £500 is required to cover any damage that might have occurred during the stay.

An optional clean of the villa for the end of the stay is available at a cost of 80 euros (approx. £50). However, if the villa has not been cleaned at the end of the stay, a deduction for the cost of cleaning will be made from the security deposit.

Please note: The staircase inside the villa and the steps down to the pool outside are open. In addition the grounds are not totally enclosed. We therefore do not recommend the villa to families with children under the age of 4 years. We also advise families with children not to use the log burning fire during their stay and to take care of the low electric current fence surrounding the grounds which comes on in the evening.
